THE CHALLENGE

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CHALLENGE: Implement a hybrid central office format with a short design, production and installation period, using a floor plan and advance technical visit. However, with the work in progress, it made it difficult to identify obstacles or deviations in the measurements of the plant.

THE SOLUTION

To provide a comprehensive employee experience, we incorporate key messages and various forms of sports-related activities through imagery and practical materials. This immersive approach allows employees to have a relaxed environment, fully engage and contribute to sport-related development projects. We created a 3D visual identity project to ensure consistency in design and communication materials. Our team was on site to map all environments and ensure formats and finishes of graphic materials and joinery. We coordinate the entire installation process with the graphic production company.
