THE CHALLENGE
Manage the project in the retail solutions area outside Brazil, the brand’s first franchise and the first store in Uruguay with only a floor plan of the complex, without the possibility of an early technical visit to identify obstacles or divergence in measurements and finishes.
THE SOLUTION
Thinking about a complete journey of the consumer, we seek to create environments with continuous store design that complement each other from customer service to the cashiers, with complete and seasoned communication by areas based on sports for easy identification. Development of a 3D project from the floor plan to align the finishing works and apply the necessary communication materials. Management of the complete retail design area with alignment with the construction, electrical, graphics, parts production coordination and on-site management of facilities. Finally, a panel was included with a timeline of the brand’s main events until its arrival in Uruguay.
