THE CHALLENGE

Manage the project of the brand’s first Poo Up store focused on the sport of Beach tennis, ensuring the same concept as the other stores, ensuring that even in a more compact space the customer can have a complete experience. The structure of the store was another challenge, it is made of containers.

THE SOLUTION

Thinking about a complete journey of the consumer, we seek to create environments with continuous store design that complement each other from the customer service to the cashiers, with complete and seasoned communication by areas based on sports for easy identification, in the external structure we use more robust materials and of better grip, thus guaranteeing a better finish and durability, being able to be exposed to the weather. We developed a 3D project from the floor plan for the finishing alignment of the works and application of the necessary communication materials. Our team was on site to map all environments and ensure formats and finishes of graphic materials and joinery. Management of the complete retail design area with alignment with the construction, electrical, graphics, parts production coordination and on-site management of facilities.
